Lemartes

Quicky paint job so that my DC have a leader if they ever need one. Plus, it’s a wicked cool model so I had to.

Some very successful areas on this chap, some needing more work, but he’ll do :) I doubt he’ll see much play but I “needed” him :)

    1. I did stick an extra couple on the base if you look closely. too subtle?

  2. He's one of the best Chaplain sculpts they've done.

Not sure if its intentional but he has a slight backwards lean which goes perfectly with the models pose.

    1. Oh yeah, I like at least some of my jet pack guys to look like they are relying on thier thrusters for their pose, and this guy was perfect for it.

      glad it's noticeable.

In the assault marine box I like using the sgt's legs leant further back than the should be too, he can be made to look like hes sitting back on the jetwash having just landed :)

  3. It's a very characterful miniature, & you've really done it justice with the brilliant paint work.
